Early September locomotive daytime movement from York. 70013 Oliver Cromwell and 30777 Sir Lamiel just passing Doncaster, then disaster!
Ash pan problems in one or both locomotives created severe line side fires that effectively closed the entire length on the East Coast Main Line form Kings Cross to York for several hours.
Somebody got to pay for this.
OUCH!
